Teaching license of previous Rochester educator is suspended for ‘inappropriate’ communications with pupils | News

ROCHESTER, Minn. – A previous Rochester Community Schools (RPS) staff has had his instructing license suspended for 5 several years for inappropriate conduct with two students.
