A common science trainer at Riverton Large School was discovered unresponsive by a school formal at the substantial college Saturday early morning.
David Dressel, who taught chemistry and physics, was there to supervise Saturday university.
Dressel was pronounced lifeless at 11:05 a.m.
“Mr. Dressel has been this sort of a good affect on all the lives he has touched in his time at Riverton,” said Riverton superintendent Brad Polanin in a letter posted on social media. “His spirit will reside on in all of us via his really like of our new music, science, our university and our community, but especially our pupils who he dearly cherished.
“It goes without having stating that he will permanently be missed by us.”
Reached afterwards Saturday, Polanin stated Dressel arrived to all of the school’s occasions.
“He was pretty supportive of all our kids,” Polanin reported. “He was such a favourable existence in the substantial university and for the full neighborhood.”

Dressel, 51, earlier taught at Lebanon, Staunton, Normal Community and St. Jacob Triad high schools, according to his social media profile. He also worked at McKendree College as the scientific lab manager for biology, chemistry and physics courses.
Dressel was in his fourth yr of teaching at Riverton. Dressel’s wife, Heather, is a exclusive schooling trainer at Riverton Middle University. Two of their little ones show up at Riverton schools.
Dressel was a graduate of Jap Illinois University.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday. The demise is under investigation by the Sangamon County coroner.
