Marin County instructor taught course when drunk and higher, law enforcement say

A Terra Linda Higher School instructor was arrested Wednesday early morning immediately after allegedly instructing class even though beneath the affect of alcohol, prescription drugs and hashish, KRON claimed. 

The trainer, 46-calendar year-aged Teagen Leonhart, was held in Marin County Jail and billed with community intoxication and boy or girl endangerment. The outlet suggests she was responsible for 53 learners in the course of her workday and experienced taught lessons all early morning. 

When Marin police arrived onsite right after acquiring a call from faculty administrators at 11:51 a.m., they said that Leonhart to begin with denied staying drunk, but exams and evaluations from Drug Recognition Authorities (DREs) showed normally. “She consented to a preliminary alcohol screening check which showed she was more than a few situations the legal limit (if she was driving a vehicle).
