Indiana Lawmaker Apologizes for Declaring Black Students Lack ‘Respect for Learning’

Home Education Committee Chairman Bob Behning, who is a prime Republican legislator in Indiana, apologized for his reviews which advised that Black students do not accomplish improved academically since they deficiency regard for discovering, in accordance to the Connected Push.
